FRONT DESK. AT BAUDER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, POUDRE SCHOOL DISTRICT R-1 (REVIEW #57)Sat, Apr 2nd, 2022
Case DetailThe experience of my daughter at Bauder has been great in general and she loves her teacher. But today, my daughter felt devastated due lack of communication/care from the front desk, which did not give a message to her teacher regarding picking up my daughter by the end of the school day at the front desk because I might be late (I called school at 2:57 pm). I managed to arrive on time at 3:30 pm and waited for her at the front desk because I was told she would be there but she has not been brought yet. She was outside her classroom waiting for me and crying thinking I wasn't there, her teacher took her to the front office about 20 minutes after the bell sauce nice she "was not picked up". Such a disappointment of the front desk.Resolution SoughtI understand the front desk get busy, but the mental health of children is very important. Please, make sure messages are passed on to the appropriate personnel, in this case to her teacher. If the teacher cannot answer the phone, please do not give up, go personally or send someone directly to deliver the message. If that is not possible, please update the parent, transparency is vital. My daughter felt terrible today, which could have been prevented. I believed what I was told by reception, nevertheless, nothing was done for my daughter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Teacher / School ExamplesUpload any relevant images or files you wish to include as examples (max 2Mb). Review Status
